"Everything was on sale as they were giving stock clearance sale. However the options were extremely limited. We didn’t find anything of our size and taste."

"One of the worst Pac Sun locations I have ever been in. The employees were all behind the counter, one of them sitting on, while the manager just talked to her. Absolutely not helpful at all. The cashier didnt even say one word to me, just rang up my items and bagged them, didnt even tell me my total. This store is a perfect example of why they filed for bankruptcy"

"I refuse to step a foot into their doors again!! Treat customers with no respect. Went to return an item that shrank after it's first wash following the label instructions. Staff were extremely rude. Made a scene infront of all their customers. Accused me of not following the label instructions which was past humiliating! This was within the 30 day return period. This is disgusting!!!!"

"Such a bad experience. When I walked in there was a paper on the door stating that the A/C was out .. not there fault. I meet face to face with 2 employees who do not greet me and one is making a phone call . As continued to look no one asked what I was looking for or even the typical " how are you doing " where I in return say " good how about you " they say " good " keep it moving . The sad part is I found more then what I was looking for but did not end up getting it because the customers service was atrocious . Try tillys some of the best customer service I've seen in a while ."
