"I paidthree $300 to rent a tux for my sons wedding, but the wedding was canceled. I am going tomorrow to see if I get a refund. Albeit I have not picked up the Tux yet, but I looked at the receipt. And it said no refunds but I am going to dispute it"

"An absolute pleasure and flawless experience! I want to start by saying I did not know how good I had it until I went to get fitted for another wedding in which I was a groomsman. I got my tux for my wedding from this place and the service and quality of the workmanship and suits themselves is IMPECABLE! I am blessed/cursed with very broad athletic shoulders and a narrow lower torso. Tux Shop tailored every inch of me and made it fit perfectly!! I figured this would be the case everywhere but it is not.. At a big box retailer that I went to for this other wedding I was told that due to my larger shoulders that I needed a bigger coat and that the looseness in the lower torso just "is what it is". Tux Shop Palm Beach made me look fantastic, I loved the shoes, vs what other retailers offer and what is shocking is the price. I expected big box stores to be cheaper.. but they charge about the same and the quality isn't even close! So why go to a big box and spend the same money when you can get custom boutique level fittings?! For anyone who ask I recommend the Tux Shop period! Last note, for the person who complained about not including socks... socks is a sanitary thing and no rental place will rent you socks."

"I just got married on 10/08/23. We had an arrangement to have all of my wedding party along with my groomsman to come to the fitting of this place the day before. The place itself was nice and the staff was friendly and pretty quick but that's where I felt the issue stemmed from. It was nearly a 4 hr visit (understandably so) and for the price of the suit which was nearly $300 to rent (no socks included) I was extremely disappointed with the end result. The arms on my shirt were short and felt like it wasn't measured properly even though we were promised they would be measured correctly. The jacket and vest had a stain on it which were visible in some of my wedding photos. Some of my other men had a HUGE chocolate STAIN on the jacket which we went crazy trying to clean up and my dad's pants were cut so short he thought he was given a pair of shorts! He also had a pen mark on his white shirt on the arm and one of my best men had cracked buttons. All of this happening the day of the wedding which was extremely disappointing and frustrating. For the price you rent it for the convenience is great but rushing final products turned into a disaster and my best advice is to make sure to check the product before leaving."
