"This is a must see Florida attraction! We came for the mermaid show and was blown away by the performance. This was not at all what we expected. We truly enjoyed the entire day. We arrived and watched mermaids at 11. Then went to the ranger show and got a picture with an alligator. We took the tranquility trail and enjoyed the walk. After that, we went to the valley and ordered pizza, cheeseburgers, chicken sandwich, and drinks. The fries are really good! It was neat to see the peacocks around us at the table outside. We headed to the beach since the water park was closed and swam while a big manatee and a baby manatee were swimming with us! We dried off and headed to the river cruise for a tour. The wait was long but worth it. We saw eagles, huge turtles, and lots of fish. We stopped by the gift shop on our way out for an alligator truck toy and candy."

"Mermaid show was awesome. I like the interaction they have with the audience. The river boat ride was great! I really enjoyed the education they provide about the Spring & wildlife, along with the humor & good laughs. Got to see an Eagles nest with a baby in it. Was a good day for $13/person. The only downside was the long wait for both the river ride & the mermaid show. They only have the mermaid show twice a day at 11 & 3. Doors to the show open 30 minutes prior to showtime. We missed the 11 show & had to sit & wait 4 hours for the next show. In the end, it was worth the wait. Was a great time."

"Very safe and clean park to walk. It is a bit smaller but worth the entry fee. Front staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of peacocks to look at. Playground has no swings but is nice. Lots of climbing and two slides. Trail is small but easy to navigate with a stroller. Will return on non tourist days."

"Great day on the water and the price is reasonable. We rented a tandem kayak. It was stable easy to handle and had stadium style seating which was comply. Starting out everyone is bunched together but you quickly separate from the group and have sections of the river all to yourself. The water is gin clear with beautiful turquoise pools and white sand bottom. We didn't see any manatees but plenty of fish. This is a must do with or without your own kayak."

"Superb!!! Four of us girls went with a Tuesday morning launch. It'd been 7 years since I had been here and it was still as beautiful as ever! The weather was absolutely perfect, no humidity at all. We saw 3 other people kayaking the whole 1.5 hours we were out there. It was like having the whole place to ourselves! The water was crystal clear, so tranquil, and we all got to see a young manatee too. One thing though, we did notice the park shortened the length of the trip by quite a bit. However, we found the new length was still good. I'd go daily if I could! They also provide a free shuttle to take you back to your car too. The gal I talked to at the rental place said typical wait time is 5- 10 min. Great experience for sure!"
