"Very unique park! It has this really cool spring right in the middle of it where you can walk out and actually see over the spring. Very pretty! There are also lots of walking trails and a nice kids playground. There's also exercise equipment for adults and clean bathrooms. We will be back!"

"This place has incredible southern live oaks, plenty of trash receptacles, benches, well maintained, plenty of parking. The spring itself is gorgeous however it is really sad to see trash in it. I picked up what little trash around the park I saw but of course you’re not allowed to get into the spring to clean it. There wasn’t much in the spring but there was some and I think there should be better measures to keep refuse from entering it. Park is very dog friendly as well and has a place for kids and BMX enthusiasts. Overall I enjoyed that this little slice of nature can exist almost in the middle of town."

"2023-12-22: This small park is nestled in a busy area of Ocala, right off a main road. The park is clean, has a paved path, benches, picnic tables, barbecues, bathrooms, and a playground for kids. Today, the playground was very busy and noisy from kids having fun, which is to be expected. On the far end of the park, away from the playground, it was surprisingly peaceful. Even the nearby traffic was barely noticeable. For people who enjoy a short walk in nature, this park is perfect. There weren't any photo opportunities, which is what I crave. Talking to one of the park employees, he said occasionally a pair of Barred Owls can be seen. He also told me about a trail that goes through a small wooded area. I figured since I am already here, I might as well check it out. An old sinkhole. Scott Spring. There are some steps leading down to a nice little dock. I loved it! The sinkhole is only about 100-120 feet wide, and maybe 40 feet across. The water is very clear. I couldn't see any water coming up from a spring, or and water movement indicating a flow. I did see two fish which to me, they look like Pacu. It was so peaceful."

"My daughter and I absolutely loved it. Place was full of nature ,and life so many people celebrate birthdays playing at the playgrounds. The spring was beautiful. we really had a great time here today. It's a great place to sit in the grass and have a quiet picnic as well!! What a great find."

"Nice little hidden away park. Lots of amenities, like playground, picnic tables with bbq, restrooms and a trail. The paved path had cute info panels with various facts on them. Bathrooms were clean. The spring is definitely interesting to look at, but i wouldn't say as much as silver springs. Really a lovely little place to do life."
