"My daughter attended the VPK program at BBO and I am blown away by how much she’s learned this year! She started with basic knowledge of her letters and numbers but by the end of the year she was full on reading, writing, and doing basic math. Things most children don’t know before starting kindergarten. Ms. Janet really went above and beyond to make sure the kids were more than prepared to start school. Ms. Wendy and Ms. Shay are incredibly kind and always pleasant. I’m so thankful for the teachers and staff at BBO for providing an amazing educational foundation for my girl!"

"In all honesty I was overly excited that I finally found a place other than here to take my daughter. The majority of the staff was extremely ill-equipped to say the least. My daughter has never had any behavioral issues but all of a sudden comes here and it’s problem after problem. I feel like it’s due to the staff literally not watching the kids. I smaller child was playing on a bike in their back porch with steps and almost rolled off. If I wasn’t there to catch him because no staff was around or anywhere near to catch him if he fell he would have tumbled down the steps with the bike. My daughter came to building blocks knowing colors shapes letter sounds and numbers and due to her birthday being late she wasn’t officially ready to start vpk. I am very hands on with her and I know what she knows and does not know, so it made me laugh internally when the vpk teacher would tell me that she learned something there that she already knew before ever enrolling at this DAYCARE. I also ran into a previous staff member that worked with my child. She let me know my child was really no issue they were just lazy and fooled me in to thinking they were facilitating an environment that challenges my daughter academically when really they had her with her group that she was too advanced for but would tell me she is with vpk. Other kids would put dirt in my child’s hair and the only logical deterrent for them was for her to put on a hat. It’s hot outside! So rather than keep them out of the dirt they wanted her to wear a hat. I would get conversation from staff that made me feel like they cared by ultimately very little changed. My child came home dirty everyday no matter what. I have never experienced this at any other facility and i do not experience that at the school my daughter is currently attending. I also found out from a staff memeber that they acted like I was being extra for expecting them to keep up with her things and not let other parents take my child’s belongings that was clearly marked with her full name. Granted my child is no saint. But it doesn’t help when the staff is inadequate and does not academically challenge her or genuinely care about her development. The vpk teacher praised other students to their parents and had nothing but negative comments about my daughter. They are also culturally insensitive. The staff changes non-stop. I was very displeased with the service and care provided at this so school. Removing her is the best thing I have done. I haven’t had a single issue at her new school. I could go on and on. I would never recommend this so called day care / preschool to any parent that cares about their child’s development and emotional state."

"I was a little worried first enrolling my daughter here but there was no need for worry. My daughter would cry every time I would drop her off. I wasn't sure if it was the separation from mommy or if she didn't like the preschool. The woman who runs the facility showed me through the window of the class a COUPLE of days that as soon as I was out of sight my daughter was happy and playing with other children, which really gave me a peace of mind. After a month my daughter would tell me how much fun she has and is never sad or upset when I pick her up. This facility is well monitored. The children's safety comes first. The staff is always friendly to parents and children. The women who runs the facility comes off as a little stern maybe mean but truth is she runs the facility in a tight manner, she is a by the book type of person, she is polite (like all staff) and cares about the children. I am extremely picky when it comes to where and who is watching my daughter and I would recommend this Preschool to anyone. This really is an amazing childcare facility. My duaghter and I both love it."
