"After arriving at our grandsons 4 year old birthday party yesterday, I was shock to hear our daughter was told she could not bring in the outside pizza she was told prior to reservation that she could bring in. The manager Maddison Dollman did not treat my daughter with respect and was very unprofessional when dealing with this situation. If another employee (Nate) gave her permission to bring in pizza and cake when making reservations, then whoever is working the day of the event should comply with what she was told. Until this establishment gets better management and trains their employees to be professional when handling a situation, I would NOT use this establishment for a party. I personally believe my daughter should be compensated for the money she put out and for the rudeness and threats of calling the law made toward her. Pull your surveillance cameras and check on your employees ."

"We booked a birthday celebration for my sons 4th birthday. I was assisted over the phone by Nate who set up the mega bowl birthday package. I clarified with him that I could bring in outside food ect. Upon arrival we were stopped by the supposed manager Madison Dollman. She said that we were unable to have outside food even after being told by another employee we could. She said she can refund the money and we could leave even though the guests and my son were prepared for his party there. When we asked her If she needed to view the cake, she said it wasn't necessary and she already asked us to leave and she could call the sheriff's department if necessary. As a manager, she is unprofessional and has no communication skills. Also, one of the two bowling lanes did not work correctly and had to be worked on the first 30 minutes. I highly discourage anyone from booking any event at this establishment."

"We had our Christmas party at Splitz and it was a complete disaster. Too long to list all the screw ups by their staff and management here but i will provide some of the highlights. We reserved the private lanes, so we thought. First thing was we had to clean up our own area that was trashed from prior guests. They provided the food 20 minutes late without food warmers to keep our food hot. Did not provide utensils, plates or drinks without having to request these things multiple times. We never saw a server all night but yet was charged $60 for one. They also overcharged us for the agreed upon lanes but refused to correct the bill.. We had to go to the front counter at least a dozen times for issues like not giving us the allotted time to bowl, broken lanes, napkins, utensils, plates, etc. In addition, all the staff we encountered with the exception of the bartender were rude. They also did not provide us any chips and salsa that we ordered. I reached out to the manager Chris multiple times via phone and email but never heard from him. This left me no resort other then to write a letter to the owner who also ignored me. This was the 2nd time we had a party their and the first time was flawless. This time it was an embarrassment to me and my entire staff. I plan to fight some of the overcharges with my credit card as NOONE at Splitz will respond. Think twice before booking any event at Splitz!!"

"Great place to bowl and have fun. Especially on WEDNESDAY NIGHTS AT 9 pm MUSIC BINGO with BRIDGETT get your supplies at the bar area!!!! I’ll be there too. More pictures later!!!"

"We had a lot of fun, but we’re barely able to play two games because of equipment problems. Then after they fixed it they was oil on the balls and when I got the manager to look at it, he said that they were having some issues with all the lanes and making them better by oiling them, which made it difficult to hang on the balls. I kept wiping them off to correct that issue. I didn’t like the fact I had to go looking for the manager but at least I know when I didn’t find him Somebody got a message to him and they came out and we had to pay for one game because we had several delays for mechanical failures. All in all fun but they need to manage all the equipment a little better and the managers defense, at least he added time to our games to make up for all the problems we had."
