"We weren't greeted or asked if we needed help. The guy, I can't remember his name, had horrible customer service. I don't care if people don't smile but he was on his phone most of the time. And we had to wait for him to be off his phone to get what we needed. It wasn't a phone call, he was texting. He didn't say "give me a second" or anything. Because if he would've said that I know that he just needs to handle something. After the design for the hat was done he saw us standing there waiting and once again did not tend to our needs. He completely ignored us until he was ready to do it. Again he didn't say "let me handle this one sec" he just didnt say anything. On the other hand he was helpful with helping us find a hat that matched the best."
"False advertising!!!! Check price of your merchandise at check out. I was buying a Jersey for my husband and the price they advertise it’s not the one they charge. They were saying that they are giving me 25% off but prices were inflated in the receipt. They should give the discount at the original price. I had to leave another shirt for my child because they were trying to charge $85 and the tag was showing $55. Very disappointed. I bought the shirt because I really needed."
"Terrible customer service. The guy working is the biggest excuse of a employee I have ever dealt with in any retail capacity. Their store is supposed to open at 10 AM this morning but at 10:15 he walked up to the door and switched The “will be back at” sign to 11 right in front of me. Looked at me and walked away. Lazy. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and decided to return at 12:30. I should’ve trusted my gut when I realized he was a terrible employee the first time. I spoke to the corporate office and they were going to honor a coupon for me and I was supposed to explain that to him in the store. I figured it would be an issue considering how he acted in the morning but I went back anyway as I was interested in one of their items. He complained and argued with me for 15 minutes so I finally decided to walk out. I will never shop here again. I recommend everyone to consider getting their items elsewhere. The store is regularly empty and I’m sure is struggling so their lack of customer service really need to be addressed."
