"Great clothing and fully functional fly shop . Went out on a charter with warbird with captain Dana and got 3 mahi , 2 sails and a smoker kingfish. Fish dip was awesome. Deff will return"

"People in the shop were rude and didn't know much about fly fishing and cut the tags off on the rod I bought so I couldn't return it if it broke on the first set of casts (happened with one of their rods before). Also it was pretty difficult to get in because of the racist security guard at the entrance to the club (the shop is located inside a gated community)"

"Orvis only accepts positive reviews. You can't write a negative review. Their service is horrible. They backorder and never notify you when you will get it. Many of their products are made in China and take forever to arrive. Quality is mixed. Here is their email to not publish my review. Thanks for sharing. "@Orvis: Absolutely horrible policy, treatment, furthermore UPS slooooow shipping and lacking appropriate customer resolution. They don't hesitate to spout-off their shipping policy of 5-7 business days, but by my calender about 2 weeks now. Just recently they arbitrarily canceled a shirt off my order (2 days later), were rude about it, yet wanted to make amends with a measly 20% off if I place an order within a week. Insulting. Why bother putting myself through the stress of that scenario again, when I have other better choices nearby for outlet and shopping malls, all within a short drive? They (orvis) aren't the only retailer on the block, with other brands far better quality and don't have these miserable, lame shipping issues with UPS ground, to boot. Audacious, repugnant and pretentious when dealing with them on the phone."
