"I like that they have Brighton and I like some of their clothing lines, however, I find them to be very rude. My girlfriend was buying a lot of Brighton and she was very indecisive. The woman had no patience, it was very obvious. Was in there two times after that and decided I will never go back there. So in total it was three different women who were rude. In these times customer service is so important and I felt disrespected"
