"What a shame that my wife went to their store today for their 1/2 off all donated items and shopped so long, she had to take breaks. In her normal shopping fashion, she cleaned up the store (placing clothes back on hangers and rehanging clothes that had fallen). She made two purchases totaling between $400-500 due to her illness she has lost a ton of weight and needed new clothes. She also purchased several hats because she has lost her hair and while most of the employees were very helpful, she came to the end of her over 5 hours in the store and could not find the mate to a pair of leather flip flops that another employee had helped her look for and that particular employee nor my wife knew about these green bins in the middle of an aisle, which must have just been brought out or my wife would have noticed because it had shoes in it and ANYTHING to do with shoes my wife would NOT miss. Anyhow, as the helpful employee Camilla (she thinks was her name) was ringing up her second very large purchase and my wife NOT wanting to hold up the line which had about 4-5 people behind her especially since there was only one register open she asked if she could leave her number in case the mate to the flip flop were to show up and another employee said her manager would not let her do that; since my wife finds it difficult to let such injustices just go by without saying something, she asked to speak to the manager who was in her office. The manager, Amy Butcher, stated that she would not have time to do which was requested and my wife proceeded to tell her it is just a simple courtesy call and she could return within 5 minutes of the call due to us living so close. When the manager was unwilling to do anything other than put the mated shoes together should they be found, my wife said, “ you know what NEVERMIND!” and put the flip flop down on a shelf. The only reason my wife left with that being the end was purely due to her being out of energy and still needing to go get groceries. We would have let this issue go but with the amount of time and money spent in their store you would think the manager would be more helpful because the employees were certainly willing to make the call. Come on, this is NOT in the spirit of the town of Labelle where everyone is typically so helpful and kind!"

"This store is well-stocked and well-organized! I enjoyed shopping here, and will definitely make the one hour trip to return. The cashier was truly kind and caring!"

"The store has been updated in September 2019 and a Community Resource Center added to their services at this location with free digital training, employment, veterans and family services . Previously it was not one of my favorite shopping experiences with poorly organized merchandise sloppily shelved in most places in the fairly large store. Now, it seems to have a good selection of used clothing but most other categories are hit and miss as to if you'll find what you may be seeking."
