"Outstanding customer service! Took my mother of the bride dress in to be hemmed. When I tried it on at home it was still a bit too long. Took it back in and they shortened it a little more on the same day. They called me at 6pm that evening to tell me my dress was ready. They obviously stayed late to make my dress perfect. Haven't seen customer service like that in a long time!"
