"Great guy who owns this here ice cream stand. I once was struggling on a history project based on the great Winston Churchill and Danny Duncan strolled by on his way to sell ice cream. We talked for a little while and he asked what I was up to and I said I was struggling with a project on Winston Churchill (the project was based on the fact that even though a great world hero like him still had flaws and that nobody was perfect. Danny being the fun- loving man that he is chucked to himself and said “You see that beach over yonder, Son?” Well this Mister Churchill that you’re researching ther was once caught smoking weed and given detention for two weeks (it didn’t occur to me that at that time Winston was a sophomore in high school). But I proceeded to say, “But Mister Duncan, that was a long time ago I need a flaw that occurred in his professional career.” And Danny again chuckled to himself and told me, “Son, you have a lot to learn but the first thing you need to learn is that while Mister Churchill was caught smoking pot in high school, that was the last mistake that he ever made up until the day he sadly passed. So for that little report that you have to complete there, you can write a note on it for your teacher that Mister Duncan gladly explained to you that smoking weed in high school was the last flaw that Mister Churchill ever encountered.” And with that, we exchanged our goodbyes and he was on his way to sell the best ice cream not in Englewood, Not in Florida, not even in the United States, but in the entire continent of North America. And that is why, to this day Danny Duncan is my role model and I support him in everything he does. Thank you all so much for reading this entire true story. And remember, some people call it luck, I call it dedication!"
