"I used to go to this location but now I go to the one in countryside after the experience I had this past weekend. I went to go early school shopping for my daughter and none of the new employees wanted to help me at all. They would gesture at a section and otherwise completely ignore me. They were playing very inappropriate music in the store, which I have never heard in the past. The store was in disarray and it looks like people had just gone in and thrown things about, there were even clothes on the floor. It makes me sad because the store used to have very nice employees who would help me look for clothes for my daughter but it appears that all of them have left. If you are planning on shopping for someone else and feel like you might need help, I strongly recommend going to a different store in the mall."

"when i walked in there were two girls working. or maybe it was just one and the other was a friend. anyways. not a single word was said to me despite me being the only body in the store. no hello no goodbye no is everything ok. they were also cussing unbelievably loud and excessively. one was pale and short and stubby with straight hair. the other one was super thin, tan and with wavy curly hair. they were also eating chik fil a right out in the open. when i asked them for a fitting room, the girl just turned her head, didn't even face me, to tell me to go ahead into the open one. they also didn't have anywhere to put the clothes i finished trying on so i just left it there. really bad customer service and just horrible vibe."

"Every single time I come to this location the staff treat me as if I have a sign on my forehead that says “WATCH ME”. Once I was in the fitting room and the same woman/girl that always has a terrible attitude towards me came to my door and knocked I replied “yes” and she proceeded to open the door and look around the room.. luckily I was dressed. Today I walked in and I was actually greeted by a young man who was nice to me. Once I browsed around the store and picked up things I liked I asked for a fitting room and that same guy opened one for one. While I was in there I was separating what I wanted vs what I didn’t want so I put one shirt over the door. Before I could get turned around to get it to walk out the problematic woman snatched the shirt and walked away. I came out to see what the issue was and she had taken the shirt to fold it and put it away. I simply went to get the same shirt from the display and went to the register. Once it was my turn I put the shirt on the counter and problematic woman/girl just scanned it and told me the total. I’ve been going to Pacsun for years and I believe that at least saying hi/hey/hello a smile or something is normally the first thing to do when someone approaches the register. She didn’t ask for my phone number for the points system then she just handed me the bag. There was no one in line after me nor was there a lot of people in the store. The whole interaction made me not want to buy anything that’s why I left the other stuff put the other stuff in the fitting room. I really like most of the things Pacsun has so I continue to come back. The cashier number on the receipt is 672076 hopefully that is actually her cashier number so that someone can address her terrible demeanor."

"6/11 at around 12:30pm I walked into PacSun looking to purchase some shirts & maybe a pair of shoes. As I was collecting my items (6 so far) the employee with gauges (Bryan) asked from behind the counter “can I help you find something?” I said “no just looking for some new shirts” he then said “just so you know you can’t try anything on today.” I said “alright that’s fine I’d still like to purchase these” As I’m continuing to walk around now with 7 items in my hand, the worker approached me & got VERY close to me making me step back because I didn’t feel comfortable. He then said “you know whatever you don’t buy I have to clean up right” with a bad attitude towards me. I said “yes I know BUT I am the customer here, sorry for the 3 shirts thst weren’t my style but I still have 7 in my hand I want to purchase” At that point put everything down on the counter & said “have a nice day I don’t like how I was treated” WALKED OUT AND WENT TO FINISH LINE!! I have never been treated so rudely while shopping before."
