"Went to to Tampa Hard Rock casino store and had a horrible experience. Ben was the salesperson. As soon as I walked in the store Ben acknowledged the older gentleman that I was with and ignored me. (I’m 36 btw). Ben seemed to be preoccupied with a another gentleman and following him around the store picking out clothes. After shopping a little bit I had found the size of clothes I wanted to buy. (About 1200.00 worth) I asked Ben if I could use the fitting room. His smug response was “we have only 1 and he is using it”. I will mention the other customer hadn’t been in the fitting room for 15 min. He then proceeded to tell me that I will have to wait until it becomes available. I agreed and stood there for 15 min with the merch in hand. Another customer came in and Ben acknowledged her instantly and asked if she wanted to try anything on. I am so surprised the level of rudeness he had toward me. I was ready to buy the clothes, they were in my hand. I walked out of the store with no acknowledgment from him. The only difference between me and the other customers is I was wearing a hoodie. Does your company make a practice of discrimination based on clothing? Cause that’s the only thing I could think why he was completely dismissive towards me."
