"Food is good. Staff are terrible. Last 3 visits, order wrong every time, when using the app and ordering in store. When I used the app, they charged me for everything, but missed an item (chicken pot pie). When I asked about it, the lady said they were out, but wouldn't refund any money or swap for another item. Said I had to take it up with the app not them!"
"I haven't ordered from KFC in years and now I see why. I just got my order from Uber . It's not even my whole order. The chicken has all the skin off of the chicken I'm missing my sides and extra biscuits I paid for. The biscuits are smashed. This is ridiculous. I work in the food industry and this is not acceptable"

"The drive through system.was out of order so I had to go in to order. No problem. They gave us a couple cookies instead of the sodas per our request...my problem is with the tiny portions. Everything is smaller except for the price, which has increased. The breasts are half the normal size and the drumstick looked like a chicken wing size i stead of a regular drumstick. Wth KFC? I won't be back. $18 for this?"
