"Scheduled a time for my dog to be groomed before flying home the next day. Our last communication was we would talk that morning, which was a couple of days later. She messaged me the night before, which I didn’t see till the next morning. I responded and never received a response. I went to her building and she still never responded, regardless of my attempts via all methods. She was a no-show. Very unreliable and this is frustrating to say the least. I don’t recommend!"
"I have a 10 month old Yorkie, I was looking for a groomer for several months, living in the Florida Keys, 2 groomers just refused me motivating that it is difficult to cut a Yorkie, for a long time and they have so many other dogs! In Miami (Hollywood area) I found Alena! my dog immediately became friends with her, the first haircut was very important for me so that the dog would not be afraid to do all the manipulations with her hair, nails and ears later; I am happy that there are groomers like Alena! she is wonderful ! Excellent professional - I know that if you cut a Yorkie very well, then you can cut any other dog without problems; I am ready to drive 3 hours from the FL Keys to Hollywood to get such a service and such a great attitude towards dogs, like she has! Thank you very much, Alena!"
