However, due to the female staff's own convenience, the order species was changed, the flight date was changed, and neither the money nor the animal arrived. After that, it continues to be ignored. I consulted the credit card company about the damage, but this company had already made the payment and exploited my money. We are discussing with the credit card company again whether to file a damage report with the police."

"Experience was lovely. Nicky is a gem! I’m not the type to leave reviews but for exceptional service, I had to. Place is huge but only open to the public on Saturdays 9am-1. They have an incredible variety of reptiles at unbeatable prices. Nicky went above and beyond to meet my needs and she is definitely welcoming. I couldn’t make it on Saturday so she got my order and I picked it up on a weekday. Awesome place with great prices, quality animals, and good service. Hope this doesn’t change."
