"There’s a closer Dunkin by the house, but my order is complex and they get it wrong I went to this Dunkin that’s further from me… Carlos! Made my day!! His customer service skills are Fire! The team made my drink efficiently and Correct! This is my Dunkin from now on! I Drive an extra 15 minutes just to taste the great service and they get my order right"

"Terrible experience! I was traveling from out of state, and I was so excited to see a Dunkin' since there are none where I live. The excitement quickly faded when the staff was SO incredibly rude, and the drinks tasted awful :( Then my daughters breakfast sandwich finally came out, and it was literally charcoal black from being burned. The audacity it takes to actually serve that to a customer is CRAZY."
