"The first appointment that we had scheduled they overbooked and they was over schedule so they rescheduled her appointment and when I received the alert they had the wrong time so we had to call them back to let them know that wasn’t the time that was agreed-upon. Then the day she was groomed Of course it was her eighth grooming, and I was just not pleased. She really looked like they only gave her a bath her being trimmed arguing her eyes wasn’t done correctly, but they didn’t even cut the hair in her face. Her eyebrows is long hanging over and I was very disappointed in her bath. I feel like it was a rush job and a half done job and I was not pleased when I saw my puppy. Besides the free bath has to pay $30 extra for trimming around her butt. Usually when she gets a bath I can smell the fragrance I did not smell any fragrance in her when I saw her. I’m not pleased"

"Very quick & sweet girls! (can’t remember their names, sorry!) My Bean boy came to us from an abusive home and HATES getting his nails trimmed. I feel like the girls handled him extremely well given the circumstances.. lol. Maybe next time I’ll book a bath so they can see how sweet he is. He was being pretty bad, because he’s scared but they didn’t lose their patience with him. He’s been through a lot of trauma so we appreciate the kind service they offered us. Hopefully he’ll be better behaved next time!"
