"My teenager missed a call back for a job at foot locker and after trying endlessly with no luck to get in direct contact with a manager at ANY foot locker store in South Florida, Foot Locker at Southland Mall was the ONLY store that answered the phone. The female employee that answered was very friendly and directed us to her manager, Tony. Tony went completely out of his way to help us out, he called the store that was designated to hold the interviews and was able to resolve our situation. Not many would of done what he did. We really appreciate the help! Thank you Tony!"

"The worst store ever! Horrible customer service! Cashier find out my telephone number was registered under a different name. It seems someone else a total stranger have used my number in the past for some reason. According to her under no circumstances she nor the store was not able to deleted or change it under my name. This employee didn’t even made eye contact or spoke clearly with the customer after purchasing $350.00 worth of merchandise. In addition the cashier was not able to provide a printing receipt or email me a receipt! because their store were out printing paper. I spoke to the store manager Matt in duty. Not much help either all he did was to apologize and advised me to write a comment on the company Foot Locker Survey in the receipt...of course I didn’t have a receipt to begin with! Last time I will ever expend my money in this particular store."

"Gotta tell you, the staff is some of the nicest people ive met, especially the chubby bearded salesperson (im so sorry about the description but I dont know his name), what a nice fellow! Took me 2 minutes to decide on my shoes when I normally take even days. Plus I got a really sweet deal!"

"Charged my card and told the machine crashed and it didn't go through. Even though I proved it was taken from my account. Called my a thief for trying to leave with the shoes I had proof I purchased. Then Told it was a ghost charge and it would disappear in a day or two. Given phone numbers for district managers that were bogus. Completely disrespected. Customer service is a voicemail system and a total joke. Now being told my money will be returned in 7-10 days. And to check and call back if it doesn't get returned. NOT A SINGLE IM SORRY. I'm stuck here for two days on a military stop wait to resume hurricane diaster operations at affected islands and now I'm out $85 and I won't even be around to see that the money is returned. Absolutely arrogant and rude. Never getting another cent from me or anyone I can tell about them. Made to feel like a criminal as they robbed me."
