"Brian is rude and doesn’t take care of the customers. grooming was great but only if you get one of the two girls that are wonderful. The other one, she doesn’t do a good job, and when you ask to fix it, you get attitude. Then you go to Brian to tell him, and he is rude. I called corporate and they say that it will be handled. I don’t think they will do anything."
"I won't be back. They didn't cut my dog's fur like I asked. It's uneven. One leg is cut shorter than the other...The shampoo and brush out was great. The cut is not. Then they talked me into the rewards program.. I guess their is an incintive for them. Something that I don't need! Cancelled that! I was told it would be 60.00 when I called, and told them what my dog needed. When I got there the bill was almost 100. They did special grooming without my permission and added that on. Really sad because this would of been a great place for my dog to go. I've never spent almost 100 for a grooming."
"Outstanding, love the workers and they care for the dogs. Very knowledgeable on the kind of breed you have. They are also very caring and very pleasant. Love them to death. All good at Petco highly recommend the Grooming. They go far beyond the call of duty. You can tell how much they care for your pets."
