"Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub with all veggie toppings order ahead. I received a chicken lettuce and mayo sandwich that was wet and disgusting and smelled like dirty feet. Called immediately and spoke to the person who took our order and the male who made the subs and they both said “oh my bad” and the owner had to be contacted to refund. We have called multiple times since asking for the refund and they keep telling us they have to “ask the owner”. Definitely do not recommend this place as the food is nasty and the workers purposely mess up and then don’t want to help you at all."
"Ordered a platter of subs for delivery at 6:45 pm. Got a call over an hour before to see if they could bring it early. We weren't home so told them they would have to wait. When we got home the driver was standing on the sidewalk waiting for us (no big deal). Driver stood around waiting for a tip. My husband said he had included the tip in the order and the driver said the owners get the tip and not the driver. I ended out tipping the driver an extra $20 because that's all I had on me. Subs were good but I feel it was odd if we tipped once to have to tip again. Do better Firehouse!!! The tip itself was almost as much as the order."
"This is my favorite location. Everyone is super friendly. But I want to do a special thanks to Carlos for fixing a issue with my order. They were on a wait for meatballs and I was in a rush for a order I did online. As soon as I walked in and he told me I was upset but he was so nice I never got mad !!!!!!!!!!! That's customer service Thanks Carlos"
