The restaurant offers a pleasant ambience suitable for fine dining. For my meal, I chose the 10 oz steak with shrimp, accompanied by mashed potatoes. The dish was well-prepared and flavorful. The vanilla espresso martini and calamari were also noteworthy for their quality. The service, particularly from Mariam, was efficient and professional. She was knowledgeable and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. I recommend Oak & Ember for anyone looking for a good happy hour and fine dining in Stuart."

"We live almost 2 hours away from this place but our friends invited us to this restaurant for dinner. Upon our arrival, the young ladies at the front desk were welcoming and polite. We sat down but asked to be moved to have more space and the staff made it happen with no problem. Our waitress was Meghan Remick. I have never experienced the service she provided in all my years of dining out. She went above and beyond with everything. Her attitude was professional and so graceful. You knew that she loves what she does. Extremely knowledgeable of every item on the menu. Everything about her was amazing. I’m sorry, I forgot to mention that the food was SPECTACULAR!!!!! Thank you Meghan!!!"

"Great experience. We were welcomed with cute decorations on our table for our anniversary. So personal. Our waiter was Tim and he was amazing. We had amazing service and the food was delicious. Everything our server recommended was tremendous. I HIGHLY recommend the goat cheesecake. We are rolling out of the restaurant."

"Oak and Ember is a great restaurant. My wife and I celebrated my birthday here and everything was perfect. Our Server Jessie was a great server and was very attentive as we progressed through the 3 course meal. The lobster bisque is incredible. The salad is amazing. I was impressed with the skill of the chefs. My steak was a perfect medium rare while my wife’s was a perfect medium. Usually I hen we order steak mine comes rare and hers comes well done. It was refreshing to get our steak just the way we wanted. For dessert we had brownie with vanilla ice cream and it was divine to say the least. The general manager Daniel came and visited while we ate and he was very fun to talk to. All around a great place to celebrate and have amazing food!"
