"You call yourself a dog groomer? We trusted our dog into your hands, she had enough hair that you could've shined giving her a nice cut. Instead you gave us back a "cat", that's what she looks like. You don't have the slightest sense of style. If you are the one cutting your husband's hair I'll know who he is when I run into him at Home Depot. My wife's a nice person, I wouldn't have paid $45.00 for the neckerchief you put on my dog. Word of advice: boys wear neckerchief, the girl's wear tassels or bows."
