"I'm highly disappointed with Shell's. I booked an appointment for my dog a wash today. I gave his breed and weight beforehand while booking the appointment. Upon arrival, she refused to bathe my dog and disputed his weight. My dog is no more than 50-55 lbs and extremely mild mannered. I immediately called Rascals Inc and she was more than accommodating. My dog walked right up and was ready to be serviced with no issue! Shell was just rude and unprofessional for no reason."

"I had a terrible mess of a puppy gizmo and was in a need of a true Christmas miracle indeed. Matting, fleas, long nails and the fact he looked like a sheep dog! I dropped Gizzy off at 9am and he was waiting looking like a little prince again by 12 noon...this groomer is the premier grooming salon in the central florida area and I've been to several. You will have my business for a long time. Oh and FYI I went on a referral from my dad who also took his shitzu there as well. If I could give them 10 stars I would in a heartbeat!!!"
