"I have been taking my dog here for almost 2 years. Mariah seemed very friendly and polite until my last visit when she made some very RACIST and rude comments about ‘black people’. While Ms Ray and her friend got very aggressive with me due to a simple misunderstanding I was calmly trying to resolve. Would not recommend this place to anyone!!! I wish I had my phone with me to record MARIAH and her friends disrespectful behavior."

"I take both my dogs to to her establishment. I had to reschedule because my senior dog was having a rough day. A month later I get a text from owner saying a reminder even asked me how Yogi was doing. My husband and I drop them off and she tells me they won't cut my senior dog because of bogus reasons that I know are false. . Why wouldn't she just tell me before through the text or just call me instead of bringing them both to her place thinking both would be groomed?? Why? Because the owner is very unprofessional that's why. They will be going to a better place to be groomed. It's like well your dog is old so we don't want to deal with it. My Yogi is such a loyal kind boy too. She should be ashamed of herself. Please DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO GET GROOMED AT BISCUITS AND BOWS PEOPLE."
"The employees are sooo nice. They were very patient with my challenging (screaming) dog; they treated him like gold. He looked and smelled great when we got him back too. Will certainly return here next time my pup needs grooming."
