"Great deals on Nike apparel. Bought a pair of shoes that didn't fit right once I got home. Brought them back and the sales associate not only took the return with no questions but ordered me the correct size while I was there and had them shipped to my house for free."
"I’d like to start off by saying the staff was pleasant and helpful, but once the manager reviewed my purchase, things went sideways. I came into exchange my shoes for a half size smaller and the manager stated that I need to pay an additional $50 because they’re no longer on sale. He had 0 empathy in the situation and I immediately requested a refund and let him know I will not be returning to this store. He didn’t seem to mind which was not surprising and had no interest in de-escalating but proceeded to ignore me and not address the issue. David, the store manager seemed to find pleasure in complaining that the box and shoes had a few drops and denying my request to match the price for the exchange. This gentleman is doing a disservice to the Nike brand and brick and mortars everywhere. THIS is why people order online. I brought my business to a seller who is interested in providing customer service."

"Love the Nike store. Hit or miss at the outlet but when you hit, there are some great deals. Lots of stock yesterday, but unfortunately nothing in my size. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great tip if you’re planning a trip here…. Go before 11… the store is empty and no lines when checking out!"
