ECCO BOCA TOWN CENTER

"Buyer beware at Boca Town Center location: ECCO doesn't have an extended holiday return policy as most stores does this time of year. It's their standard 30 day return policy, no problem. I bought shoes totaling over $200 for a Christmas present on November 20th. After purchasing I noticed the receipt read 30 days return policy. I went back to the store to return the shoes the same day, because December 25th is over 30 days away from November 20th, the manager said, "no problem, you can return them 60 days later." Nope! I returned them immediately as the receipt said "30 days"..always go by what the receipt says and not word of mouth."

"Excellent customer service and care!! I am 6 months post bunion lapiplasty that ended up being more complicated than anticipated due to an unbeknownst childhood injury. I’ve visited this store on multiple occasions, each of which was exemplary. Most recently, I encountered Jake who really listened to my needs and concerns. He was patient, helpful and guided me toward the best product for me. He went above and beyond and I am grateful for his expertise and experience. Nice selection, but if they don't have the color or size you are looking for, they are willing to get it for you. Ecco brand has been a line our whole family uses. It gives great support and comfort. Happy to have a local store that can service us in person."
