"Don’t purchase from a different store and take it to another location ( definitely the plant city store… this manager is very arrogant and quite the jerk) Not realizing how much customers spend at a Russell’s location! I just happen to have a return and was in plant city, he told me I was lucky he didn’t charge me a percentage for returning to a different location than where I bought my merchandise! Think I should look into other companies or buy from the internet, so I’m not insulted from a Christmas return that I purchased for a family member! ( the boots were never worn at too narrow)"
