"I paid $300 for a pair of red wing work shoes. 1 yr old and they are coming apart. These are the shoes the store promoted. I was told a lifetime warranty. I call and find out its only a year warranty. Had i known that I never wouldve bought them. Must be nice lying to people, take their $ and then not stand behind your words or product. I will never buy any red wings again!! Dont shop here!"
"Came here a few times and while the boots themselves are amazing quality I'm afraid i can’t say the same about one staff member. MaryJo appears like a nice woman at first but only sees customers as $$$. after i returned some boots i was told that she would “never help me again” because i had “wasted her time”. she lacks any professionalism and care for the customer. if you’re coming to this location please see Christian, he’s a great guy and is what you’re looking for from someone who’s trying to find you a work boot or even something from their heritage line. Boots are 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ MaryJo is a 0 star"

"The customer service can only be beat by the quality of the boots and shoes sold here. Everyone working there was friendly and knowledgeable about the product. The boots are second to none in quality for really wearing out and about. They take a while to break in both once they do they are so comfortable."
