"Josh is amazing!! I tried to use my giftcard to pay for my shoes and it kept on getting declined. He ended up calling American Express for me to talk to their customer service and helped me for 30 minutes to find a way to get the card to work. It eventually did and I left with some sweet shoes. Best customer service ever!!!"
"Let me just start with I was having a great day until I stopped in this store. All I wanted to do was return a few items and have a store credit. The clerk that returned my item told me I will receive an email with my return confirmation and gift card. I noticed right then and there that the gift card was $17 less than what the return confirmation was so I asked him about it. He just told me to call corporate because they are an independent store. He didn’t even check to see if he could see anything. While I was in the parking lot I called corporate and they said they are unable to see why the refund was less because the store is independently owned and I should ask them. The reason I am leaving this review is because the store clerk was clueless and so was corporate. I REFUSE to give new balance any business because of this frustrating and negative experience and I hope they go out of business. I did not have an unusual return so I really don’t understand why no one who works there knows the policy."
