"A great place. I went into to get warranty on a pair of boots that I purchased in March of this year (2022) and was given another pair of boots at no charge. The showroom is spotless, and the gentleman tending the front was very attentive. I will definitely be back for belts, socks etc..."

"Terrible customer service I bought the boots two weeks ago & the right boot starting taking in water. So I returned to the Red Wing store on Friday where I purchased them (store #691). I entered the store & explained to them the problem I was having. I dealt with Ricardo Trujillo at store #691. He told me that the boot cannot be refunded, as it’s an Irish Setter and not a Red Wing (even though I purchased at this store 2 weeks prior). This return “policy” was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase & is nowhere on the receipt. So I explained that I’d just like an exchange. Ricardo said no because the boots aren’t waterproof so I pointed out that the boots are waterproof (on the box and on the display). He immediately got an attitude with me and said that it would be 36-48 hours to “leak test” the boots. I explained that I needed the boots to return to work Monday & asked if there was a way that the test can be performed sooner so that they could know the results by Sunday. He continued to give me an attitude and said that they wouldn’t start the test till late Saturday OR early Sunday. I called on Saturday & spoke to the manager for this store named Maria. She asked me for my number & told me she would call me back that day. Later, when I didn’t receive a call from her, I called again & she told me she would call me tomorrow (Sunday). Never got that call either. The customer service was abismal at best and I will no longer be purchasing a product from Red Wings or Irish setter again. Very disappointing after purchasing $240 boots to receive such poor customer service and this seems to be a common complaint about the product as well."

"Worst customer service today the boots are great but customer service not so good. I went to exchange some boots today and the lady was very rude trying to insinuate that i had swap the boots for old ones when the boots lasted half day. I have no need to do that when my employer gives me boots every 6 months. She send me to Doral making me waste 2 hours of my precious time because Doral did not have it. I didn't want to go back and forth and deal with attitude again so I ordered it hopefully they don't disappoint."
