"I’ve been to several Marco’s Pizza and this is by far the worst. This was the tipping point to where my family is done with Marco’s. Ordering online was easy for curbside pickup. When I go there, the guy gave an attitude and was super rude and didn’t want to bring it out. That was not so bad but the food was horrible. This is not the Marco’s that I know. It was worse than Dominoes and that’s hard to do but they pulled it off. I don’t know what went wrong because they didn’t cheap out on the ingredients so I’m at a lost. Just tasted bad and the dough wasn’t right. It was really thick on one side and thin on the other side."

"I been ordering from here for a long time. Today is the first time there was a problem and they handled it with a very rude attitude as if it was my fault. I ordered a large thick crust pizza with extra cheese. Paid $30 with tip to have delivered. The pizza arrived and what was delivered was a regular crust pizza with no extra cheese. I called, was very polite thinking they would make it right without question. I said I think I have the wrong pizza. The employee put me on hold came back and told me there is nothing they can do about it..... what??.you cant do anything for not delivering what i payed extra for???.. I asked for the manager and he said that is what the manager said. So I paid for a large thick crust with extra cheese but got a regular pizza with regular cheese but was charged for what I actually ordered and nothing you can do???. Then he asked "has the pizza been touched?" As I told him in the beginning, they just dropped it off 1 minute ago and noticed it's not what I ordered or payed for. No I didn't touch it. Why, you going to sell it to someone else? They are sending the right pie after me expressing my frustration, but now have to wait another hour for everyone to eat. .probably spit in it. How about, sorry for the mixup, mistakes happen. We will give you a coupon for free cheesy bread on your next order.. or "hey, we screwed up, keep that pie and we will send the right one. Its Going in the trash "hopefully " anyway. something for the huge inconvenience. I was actually shocked on how they handled them making the mistake and trying not to make it right like it's my fault. Unfortunately due to this experience I will no longer be ordering from this location again. You're not going to take my hard earned money and just send whatever you want and say "nothing we can do". Customer service has gone out the window."
