Bright Horizons at Boca Raton

"If you have a child who hasn’t previously been in daycare and isn’t great at listening avoid this place. You will never get a positive report and they will suspend your child over something the child could do but doesn’t actually try to. They suspended my child indefinitely because they claimed the child might try to climb the fence and get to the pond, pool, and parking lot. Doesn’t sound like they have the facilities secure. If they are so worried about a small child climbing out, what’s to stop others from getting into the facility the same way? Will never use any bright horizons again after going through this nightmare."

"I have only the most pleasant words about this school. My daughter started over the summer in Miss Allison’s and Miss Malades. Class. This ladies are amazing teachers and will make any child or parent at ease each morning dropping their child off. She has a natural talent for her career and it shows in every way. Each morning Miss Gloria’s greets us with a big smile and hug. I would give this school more than five stars if possible they have exceeded every expectation possible. "I just have to say this facility is such a warming and loving place. Every single person is so loving and it feels like home. Walking in every day and whoever is at the front desk not only greeting myself, but also greeting my daughter. They go above and beyond to try to make everybody feel special. My daughters teachers were so wonderful. It’s very unfortunate that we were only there for a few months. I will miss every single person at Bright horizons, Discovery and Boca. If you were looking for a place to feel loved safe and secure, I highly recommend bringing your child here. Even the teachers that were not my daughters knew her name and always said hello.
