"haunted, maybe?!?! not too long ago, room 104 i was just chilling laying on the bed alone and then the lights just turned off, before, the lights were on but i just thought it was my imagination but then like a minute after it turned on and the click was loud and i checked if anything or anyone was there nothing. i just ran out the door really fast. would i say its 100% haunted no but maybe…"

"Complaint WORST SERVICE EVER We checked In on 26th. Room was allotted with bad smell.and NO AIR CONDITIONER not working . Front desk was rude a d hesitant to change room.  After lot of haggling they gave 437 room with 2 double beds . Second day inspire of couple request they did not clean the room . We came back at 9 PM to hear ' Sorry' foe the dirty room. 3rd day same thing happened, room not cleaned.i want two night compensation. "First thing I need to say is the staff at this hotel are top notch. Very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend. The only negative I can say is there are a lot of car noise from people racing up and down with loud engines. Outside of Holiday Inn’s control. But I’d suggest packing earplugs or staying on the east side of the hotel."
