"If I could give this store a minus 5 stars I would. I love munchies and was so disappointed at the homestead location. The employees were absolutely useless. He actually picked up sample cups off the floor and handed them to me to use. The place was filthy, it look like it hasn't been clean in months. Had I seen All the filth before I paid for my ice cream I would have walked out. Never going back."
"So disappointed! We got to Menchie’s at 9:30pm. They close at 10pm and had about 10-15 customers but employees had already put away all they cold toppings, about 4 options of flavors of yogurt to choose from. I understand they want to go home but if you close , at 10pm, products should be put until then. We couldn’t sit inside because they had put up all their chairs and mopped. Not right. Hi Johann Thank for your reply. As I understand the shortage of supply and demand; I asked the young lady at the register if they already put stuff away even though it’s only 9:30pm ? And she said yes sorry. She did not say that you’re out of products. Nor was there a sign that your location may be low on products . There were several unhappy customers . One poor lady got soaked with water while pulling down the yogurt handle for I believe chocolate yogurt . Maybe adding signage to communicate to customers would be helpful . And keep seating out for customers until closer to closing time would be nice too. Again I appreciate your response and for hearing me out. Thank you"

"I love all the flavors and the looks and how clean it was. I also really enjoy how you can mix and match your own flavors and toppings. Pretty good pricing and all the employees were super nice. Its relatively busy. If your coming to Menchie’s I personally suggest the coffee flavor and the cake batter one. They are SUPER GOOD. 10/10 will enjoy this again"
