"Super cute and clean salon. Very friendly staff when I went and especially the lady who cut my daughters hair which is why I won’t mention her name. I gave her a nice tip but for a first ever haircut I wasn’t impressed. There is no children’s salon near my area so I decided to go based on reviews (I am almost an hour away). I went without an appointment but called ahead of time and front desk girl was very accommodating. My daughter is 15 months so she’s a little hard to keep still (I understand that) but her bangs are just completely uneven. It felt like a rushed haircut which in turn some pieces were left longer and some others way shorter. I think my only complaint is they aren’t really trained for younger toddlers and I could see that halfway through the haircut. I thought they would interact with her more to make her feel comfortable or had special techniques since it is a kids salon and with kids comes entertainment and patience. I wanted to be nice so I didn’t say anything especially cause the staff was so nice to me and they gave her a cute certificate for her first haircut with her hair but people keep mentioning to me how bad her haircut came out throughout the day. The good thing is her hair will grow out but parents I suggest just taking the younger ones to your trusted salon if you can or waiting till they are older and can sit still."
"Ms. Mercedes is the best! She is very calm and patient with the kids and does a great haircut. The environment is great, and when we took my girls when they were visiting, their experience was fantastic with glitter and braids and nail polish. All around excellent choice for kids haircuts!"
"Hard to find a place where you can actually have a nice environment for the kids and get a great hair cut. Since we discovered it, I always come here to cut my son's hair. We are going to try a birthday party for my daughter, since her friends will have a lot of fun doing some nail polishing, makeup and a bunch of party food. Everyone is mega friendly and kids love the fact they can watch YouTube while having a haircut."
