Wrong when I asked about the rest rooms the employee stuttered and said it’s broken and not working still stuttering she said try one of the other stores. She couldn’t even remember the stores. Listen there are too many 5 below I just will never shop the one at Lantana and Jog again"

"Took my 2yr daughter here last weekend to get a few toys, we had never been and heard good things. Everything was great till we checked out. As I was paying my daughter was in her stroller and when I looked over I saw she was playing with something, it was WATER BEADS!!! There was a broken ball that was full of water beads all over the shelf and floor. Look like it had been there a long while and was never picked up bc some of the beads looked dried out. Immediately I panicked bc these are DEADLY to children if ingested. As I was checking my daughter to make sure she didn’t put anything in her mouth, I told the girl who checked us out that there were water beads all over the floor and shelf, she just rolled her eyes at me, didn’t CARE at all. She was young, dark hair didn’t catch her name. She was totally and completely incompetent to the safety of the children that frequent this store. 5 below is essentially a toy store, if your going to cater products to children the store itself needs to be a safe environment. Spills of any kind should be cleaned up promptly! Target and other stores have already band toys with water beads for this reason alone. I left the store completely freaked out and upset that our first time there my child could have become seriously injured over this. CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS. DO BETTER!"

"I like five below very clean store. I went in to get gel pens the first iteam wasn't great I colored one drawing the pens dried out very fast. I went back and exchanged it the girl at the desk was going to put it back on the shlef which I told her I used the product I wasnt happy about that because if they put it back how is that good for a customer I dont want a used product.I brought better pens and I'm in love with them especially the price is so cheap probably better than Amazon. The only problem is one of the caps was off that color is dried out I can't use it. I'm not complaining it's fine. The picture of the purple hair girl was the first set of pens which dried out pretty fast. The other girl came out really good."

If you are a writer especially one who's shy about letting others read your writing then five below is the place for you. Literally everything there is below five dollars! Also to those who love novelty hats, five below is your go to place when you're on a budget. The line was sort of long but it was worth it though because the cashier was super friendly. Thank you again 5below for going over and beyond! Five stars for sure."
