The Ritz-Carlton, Naples

"I would rate it 4.5 stars - a very nice hotel, excellent staff, rooms were clean and comfortable. Make sure you're not staying on the north side of the hotel facing north or you will be viewing a construction site (it's probably 18 - 24 months away from finishing from Feb 2023) Also, if you book a reservation with an ocean front make sure you get it - it isn't guaranteed... Another tip - Gumbo Limbo the place on the beach fills up quickly. Just because you're staying there does not mean you'll get seated within a reasonable time. The first day there, after they messed up our reservation the front desk said suggested we go there to eat, and it was a 2.5 hour wait... Doesn't matter the hotel had just made a big mistake on their part. Other than the initial and frustrating miscues it was a nice hotel. The staff is very good (friendly and service oriented) and the housekeeping was top notch."

"I am currently in my 2nd day of my 4 day vacation here with my family. From the minute I handed my keys to the valet, I have had such an enjoyable experience. The oceanfront room is nothing short of spectacular and the club level food and hospitality is certainly outstanding. The weather has been amazing and my daughters who usually complain about everything are actually happy to be here. If you have the opportunity to visit Naples, I recommend you stay here at the Ritz. You deserve the best and this is it."
