"Terrible customer service today. Went to get outfits for an event for my kids. She helped the other customer who came in after me, I waited to see if she would assist me after…. Unfortunately I could not find everything I needed. So I went to the counter to purchase what I found on my own. She decided to ignore me further and go around the back and literally left waiting at the register. If you are a minority shop else where. I left and went to Ralph Lauren and got excellent customer service there. I don’t think I will shop here ever again, the time before this I was also ignored and still decided to buy from their establishment. Two times is two many especially when I see them helping others."

"I love the style of their clothes but would not visit this location again. I went on a Sunday and had a terrible customer service experience. The sales associate was too busy texting on her phone to help find sizes or answer questions. Also terrible return policy. I had purchased $200 of baby clothes and needed to exchange 2 pieces for larger sizes and buy 6 more pieces. Sales associate refused to exchange the pieces (even though she had them in larger sizes to exchange) and quote, told me to sell them on eBay. Unfortunately for them, I walked out after waiting far too long for sales associate to help and her subsequent rude attitude. Too bad for them to lose a $300 sale. The store was completely empty while the entire outlet mall was packed. Probably not a coincidence. Here’s a tip for the manager: hire sales associate that are focused on the customer."
