"Customer service and Hospitality need major improvements. I can shop for myself but there was NO "wow you got great stuff" . No warmth from any of the associates. Store only had ONE gift box when I needed more for large purchase. Charged for that ONE box. Makes ZERO SENSE. Brand will always stand up and get an A rating but I don't know how this particular store is going to survive."

"Do not go to this store, this is your official warning!!! They advertised free gift cards for the first 20 people in line, up to $100. After waiting in line in the hot sun for 45 minutes while holding my 12 month old, the doors open and the rude worker says she actually only has 10 gift cards and she’s only giving it to EVERY OTHER PERSON in line. So people who got there WAY after me got a gift card and I didn’t get anything. Did carters not learn anything from the Pepsi false advertising? Because I will most definitely be suing carters for this."
