"I want to start by saying, as others have mentioned in this review, that this is not in any way a 4 star hotel. It is a straight lie that they advertise it as a 4 star hotel. It is 1.5 stars at the most. It is not a resort or a hotel, but a motel with lots of signs and their budget spent on decorations. And several of those decorations include religious phrases and comments. The rooms themselves are dirty and stale. There is humidity smell, the floors are cracked, the air conditioner and every single machine in the room make a lot of noise, making it virtually impossible to get good sleep. The bathroom is small and cramped, the shower half broken. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers didn't work. Near the sink there isn't even a place to put the soap bar (yes, they have those old soap bars). The breakfast was quite simple. There weren't any pastries or even half & half or milk for the coffee. I will only mention that most of the employees we dealt with were nice. But other than that, I felt really uncomfortable in this place. If you want a cheap 1.5 star motel this might be for you. If you want an actual hotel I highly recommend looking elsewhere."

"Great bang for the buck! Dianella at check in was so friendly and accommodating. It was myself, daughter and 2 yo granddaughter. I had booked a pool view room but forgot to ask for a 1st floor room at booking. She was so patient and kind, upgrading us to a nice deluxe 1st floor room #134. The room and beds were nice and comfortable. The playground and equipment is a huge benefit for families. My granddaughter loved playing outside there so much that we missed the 10 am cutoff for complimentary breakfast. I peeked earlier and saw that it was a full hot breakfast with eggs and sausage, mickey shaped waffles, yogurt, cereal, breads, etc. Yes, it is a down and out setup but that was perfect as the kids can run around in the center play area with our room right there! It starts to get noisy around 8 or 9am when you hear the children play and they turn on music for the pool area. I love the sound of the kids and laughter! I highly recommend"

"Be aware $89 hotel fee added on check in for 3 nights. Rooms look nice. But they only clean every 3 days. So no clean towels unless you ask every day. No microwave in the room. Great play area. The bathroom faucet seemed broken but was usuable. Room needed some better cleaning. See pic of the bathroom floor. The breakfast was good. All in all this hotel is no more than a 3 star. When checking in, the clerk (although very nice) asked for my phone to post a google review. I deleted it and posted my own. A"

"We stayed in a room with a king for one night and loved it. The staff is very friendly, and the property is SO kid friendly! It was just me and my husband this time, but we will for sure stay here with our kids in the future when we do Disney trips. Also, the free breakfast was phenomenal! The only suggestion I would make is to not have the concierge bombard us with the time share “free ticket” deal, as we were approached three different times and declined each time. But I understand if it’s a partnership you have with the timeshare company."
