"If I could give this no stars, I would. Before we arrived, we called and it took calling 3 times then having to wait an hour and call back just to get ahold of them. When we arrived, the gentleman at the desk informed me that there would be $100 deposit. He gave us our room number and didn’t fully explain where the building or room was located. We found it on our own. We walked in to the building, there was no security whatsoever and the hallway wreaked of a dead animal or something. We make it to the room, the door looks as if someone tried to break into in the past. We get in to the room, immediately there was a large cockroach in the bathroom, my boyfriend gets to the other side of the room and finds 2 more large roaches. We get the lights turned on and notice a huge yellow stain on the sheets. We immediately went back to the front desk. The man at the desk insists we go back to the room and show him. At this point, I’m frustrated. The man rudely tells me to calm down. My boyfriend and him pull back the covers on the bed to reveal more stains. We ended up being fully refunded. But I would never even consider this place again. Get better customer service and learn how to take care of your business."
"DO NOT STAY HERE! Place is run down. Advertised pictures are probably from long ago. Hallway smells terrible. Room had roaches. Owner refused to give a refund."
"Very poor customer service. I booked online and then when I arrived they said they couldn't find my booking. Also their phone was down. So when I called the booking agent and they tried to call they couldn't get threw. They charged my card anyways. Also the man at the desk refuses to give his name to me or the agent. He is also rude and unprofessional."
