I've sent 3 emails, left 3 voicemails, and spoke to 2 live people: • No emails were returned. • No voicemails were returned. • 1 person told me she'd look into my order and call me back. She didn't. • The 2nd person hung up on me as soon as I asked about my order. For the above reasons, I don't recommend this company."
