"Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was very neat and clean. They need to revisit their pet policy as there was a barking dog in one of the rooms close to us. They need to work on more hot water and better water pressure."

"This was the worst place ever. All the other hotels in the area were sold out and we had no choice but to buy this hotel room. When we arrived we were immediately greeted an awful stench. The sheets were filthy and werent changed. The bedsheets had cigarette burn holes in them. My kids just wanted to sleep in the car. We had no choice but to leave without a refund and drive so much longer to find another place farther away. Please don’t ever go there if you want to have a nice rest."

"The floors were dirty in the bathroom and in front of the sink. There were no baseboards in the bathroom and there were large holes in the walls around the floors. There was a roach in the bathroom also. The phone in the room didn't work. No one offered us a WiFi password. It was close to where we were visiting relatives and the office staff were nice. My daughter and I were traveling alone and the put us way in the back, it felt a little unsafe back there."

"Not a good experience. First off, asked about breakfast and was told “breakfast area was being remodeled”. Really? We were given a room card and when we drove to the room, there was a car in front of the door and a “Do Not Disturb” sign. So we went back to the front desk and requested a new room. Room was yucky. Pealing plaster, filthy vents and the bathroom door didn’t clear the toilet such that the toilet moves off its base in order to close the door. Heater did not work either. We only stayed here because we had an early flight from Orlando Sanford Airport. Apparently Wyndham does nothing to enforce standards on its franchisees."

"If you're looking for a hotel this is NOT the one for you. My husband and I are homeless and USED to stay here frequently. At first we thought the staff were polite but as we neared a month of our stay, they got rude. Housekeeping came at 10:03 one morning and proceeded to open the door, I woke up to them opening my door. A large number of rooms have mold in the bathroom, holes in the walls, and the heat doesn't work. This morning January 27th we were told we were not allowed back at the hotel due to complaining about the mold and dirty rooms when we would stay. We said something 3 times during the month duration here. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! THEY ALSO HAVE ROACHES!!!!."
