"Windy was so helpful a few yrs back . I wanted a different more reliable bike with gears. She was very patient and knowledgable. I found a bike I liked in her used area. Windy told me to take it for a spin in the park next door. I loved it, road nice . Sold . Windy had put new tires on it and redid all the gears to work properly. Gave me a great price. Been riding it for 3 yrs and very, very happy. Thankyou so much."
"Went to go rent bikes and the would not let us rent the good bikes. The lady brought out a multicolored yellow 10 speed with skinny tires. She had to clothes pin the basket on the bike and tried to over pump the tires so that when we rode them the tires would have popped after we told her they were pumped enough. Do not recommend if looking for a bike rental spot in englewood."
"am truly impressed with how nice, responsive and knowledgeable they are...was looking at a bike for my wife, they researched and found the one we wanted that was on its way. when i was going to give them my credit card to hold the bike, the incredibly nice lady said “ don’t worry...i know you will come get it “ That was beyond nice! great great service. they have customers for life now and in our own community. i would give them 6 stars if i could."
