"This is the second time I’ve used Visiting Baby when my grandchildren visited us in Tampa. So very easy to reserve the items I needed. Perfect location for pick-up across from the airport. Both times the items have been in great condition and worked out perfectly. Items we’ve rented included: cribs, car seats, and a twin stroller. This time we needed 3 car seats and they came through. This service is so very helpful to parents traveling with small children as it’s one, in this case 3, less car seats they have to carry through the airport while also handling baggage and young children."

"I just used Visiting Baby to rent equipment for 4 kids under 4 years old. We rented 4 car seats, a crib, 2 booster seats, a beach cabana, a baby gate, and a box of toys. The entire experience was wonderful. I actually began communication back in Feb, to check into how the process would work, and received a very prompt and informative. We needed car seats for when we arrived at the Tampa airport, but we were hoping to not have to lug all the other equipment from the airport to our house. When we rented baby equipment in Phoenix, we had to accept the whole load at the airport and bring the whole load back to the airport for pick up. Allison explained that they would gladly deliver the seats to the airport and the rest of the equipment to the house and pick up the same way. Finally, in October, we got our act together and figured out what we would need. I emailed a list of what we were looking to rent, and Allison replied in less than 24hrs. She emailed me and invoice, which I paid, and we were good to go. A couple weeks later, I realized that I might need a bed rail, but I wasn't sure if it would work for a king bed. Allison said she would send one with the driver, but not charge me up front, so that I could test it out. If it worked, I could keep it, if not then I could send it back with the driver. It worked, and I was very happy to have it! Finally, it is day of arrival, which is always stressful! We get the car, and we find the lot where we are to meet the driver. He wasn't there, so I emailed Allison, and she immediately replied. He was almost there. This is where I totally forgot that our flight landed nearly 30min early, so in reality, he was not remotely late. He arrived, the car seats were great. We installed and went on our way. He delivered the rest of the items to the house. He carried them all the way in. He took the crib up two fights of stairs, to the room it would stay in, and set it up. The equipment was great. It all worked properly. On the last day, we just moved it all out to the porch, where they could swing by and pick it up. We met the driver in the car rental parking structure, and he took the seats. Whew, sorry for the long review! Long story short, we were very pleased with our whole experience. Equipment was nice, they were very prompt with replying to emails (like sometimes within minutes), and pick up and drop off was painless. Just imagine trying to coordinate schedules with people on vacation, there are bound to be issues, but our experience was great, and I will definitely use this company if we vacation in the area again!"

"We rented multiple items from visiting baby to accommodate our twins while vacationing in Clearwater. The items were easy to reserve and the company was extremely accommodating especially since we coordinated different delivery and pick-up locations. All of the equipment was clean and in great shape. They provided us with a wagon, three chairs and lots of beach toys. The pack n plays and boosters were very nice as well. While you may not be able to reach them via phone, they are very prompt in returning your calls. Overall I would definitely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone traveling with kiddos."

"Loved having the crib and toys available, however communication was not great. We struggled to get them to return calls to confirm pickup and they never responded to the email I sent to confirm the pick up time. I ended up having to leave the supplies because we were trying to make a flight. Loved the stuff, service/communication was only so-so."
