"I called On Friday To Confirm Taking In Clothing At 1pm They Said Yes & Then Came In Around 3pm To Be Told When I Got There They We're Not Taking Anymore Clothes Because They We're Too Busy, Well This Place Is A Waste Of Time Always Too Busy To Help Customers This Is What You Do Take Clothes In All Day So Get Help & Better Customers Service. Too Be Told Too Come Back @10am On Saturday & Get There They Don't Open up Till 11 am The Ownership Is Just As Bad As Employees Took My 4 Bags Of Perfect Good Clothes & Left Never Go Back There Again Could Of Took My Stuff & Then Text When They We've Done Never Should Of Told Me To Come Back Next Day Waste My Time & Gas"

"I usually don’t do these reviews but this place has really made me unhappy. This is the 3rd try I have given with them. Today I took a bag full of name brand nice clothes in to donate. I waited 3 hours until they texted to pick up. Gave me $6 for about 10 things. RIP OFF!!! COMPLETELY!! The last couple times that has happened too, but I have always went back. The workers are SO UNFRIENDLY. On phones, look absolutely miserable to be there. Music was blasting. I hate to complain but this place has gone downhill majorly. Do better."

"Edit: 3 weeks since my last visit, and they've totally reorganized the store and have a massive clearance section. No more bins! It looks fantastic. Original: This store is great and the staff is very nice but not very engaging. They're extremely selective, but they seem to pay more for what they do take. Only critique is when they have sales. Everything goes into bins on the floor because they don't have a lot of space on the racks. It's just not a pleasant experience. All in all, this is a very small but highly curated store with a cozy, laid-back vibe. Also, the rest of the reviews on this location are ridiculous, like they've never been told no before in their life. Grow up."

"Upon entering the store, I noticed that several employees were engrossed in their personal conversations and gossiping, which seemed to take priority over attending to customers. This lack of focus resulted in a much longer wait time than necessary. It's disheartening when the staff's attention is diverted from their primary responsibilities, impacting the overall customer experience. While I understand that everyone has moments of distraction, it was evident that the staff's behavior significantly affected the efficiency and quality of service during my visit."

"Looking to expand your wardrobe, stop by and see what you can find. Shoes, purses, jeans, shorts, shirts, etc. There is sure to be something for you. Gentle worn clothing and also new pieces line the clothing racks at this store. Name brand clothing at unbelievable prices. If you don't have alot to spend and still want to be fashionable, your dollars will go far here. Customer service is amazing as well."
