"The clothes are getting uglier and uglier. Can you leave off the words on your shirts, most of them are dumb. The school uniforms are the only thing worth buying. I had to unsubscribed from emails. In the last 7 days they’ve sent me 35 emails. That’s ridiculous."
"Went in for a quick shop and the lady in the register was so rude, it was a African American older lady. I greeted her with a smile and she acted as if I was a bother to her. Rude customer service and as I can see from other comments, this is a constant problem in this location. Thank God this is not my usual store to shop in!"
"The 2 girls closing tonight 3/18/22. (The Spanish girl & other girl) were not very helpful or friendly. I was first trying to use gift cards that I was sent from a children’s place settlement & they couldn’t figure it out. As I’m waiting for them to call someone for help On the situation I spot a little bin with leggings that said $2.99 well it turned out that those leggings were $14.95 & they would not honor the price. They said the shirts in the rack beneath them were $2.99. Someone please correct me if I’m wrong but look at the picture I’m posting. Misleading the customer. Needless to say I’m cutting off this store."
"Beautiful childrens clothes. Loved there sales only reason for four stars is because customer service really needs improving. It says it opens at 10am Saturdays I got there at 10:10am and it was closed. The employees were there just seeimg customers at there doors and disnt bother to open the doors!?!?!? Also I think they were acting a little rude."
