"Went in the store today to buy something for my daughter while I was there helping a person who didn’t know English and when we went to pay I was talking to the person the cashier was talking over me. I had a Gymboree gift cards which if I gave it to them they would get 25%, so I’m over there telling them they can use it, and the cashier ask for a phone number they didn’t have I was trying to tell them if they had a phone number or a email they would get money back but cashier was rude and just talking over me. I just thought it was rude, I never had a problem when I went there but this time I didn’t like the way the women was just talking over someone who just trying to help."
"Walked in the store to get a picture day outfit for my baby girl and 90 percent of the cloths are long sleeves and sweaters and wool leggings. Meanwhile we live in Florida and it’s the beginning of September. I’d love to see who evers idea this was to walk around with a sweater today."
"Great Sales as always. Must have been a slow night or too many people working because I was in the store maybe 45 mins and asked at least 4 times if I needed any help. I was also asked 2 times if I needed a basket. Pusy and over eager sales people is a huge no no in retail and one thing I hate when I shop at brick and mortar stores. I love Carters and the sales are awesome, so I will continue to shop with this brand but maybe online instead."
